A Long, Hot Sunday

After a long and hot Sunday filled with sunburn, sand, and sexual innuendo, a successful day of filmmaking has been completed. With Indie Rebels providing gear and support for the currently filming short “How Did I Get In This Field” by writer and director Rob Morton, we are celebrating some gorgeous footage shot on our own RED Scarlet Dragon #65, Ruby. With some beautiful Ronin tracking shots added to the mix, we are looking forward to the completion of this film, and the remaining shoot day in the coming weeks.

Also news of note, we have recently completed our first script competition hosted by Rob P. of Dead Eye Films, and while the field was small for the inaugural competition, the submissions were well-received and we are happy to announce more competitions in the future, so stay tuned!

So the Indie Rebels filmĀ Hotline made the Collaboration Filmmakers Challenge final screening, congrats to all involved! Playing this Friday night, 7pm, at the Harmony Gold theater in Los Angeles, CA, we look forward to seeing all the films at the competition.
